About Nurse OwensEdit
In "The Incubator", Hawkeye and Trapper are trying to find the reason why a wounded soldier named Private Rizzo has a very high fever, as the soldier isn't responding to penicillin either; when they try to get Nurse Owens to get some blood cultures on him, Nurse Owens, who working in the lab, tells them that the cultures would have to shipped to Tokyo General to be tested further, as they have the proper testing equipment, which includes having an incubator, that the 4077th doesn't have. and that it would take another 72 hours before they'd get the results, Trapper laments in wondering "Why don't we have an incubator here so we can do our own tests?" Owens replies "Because it would save time and effort, and it would make sense!"
