Lieutenant Becky Anderson, a friend of Lieutenant Caryle Breslin, who's an old flame of Hawkeye's. is temporarily assigned with her to the 4077th, appears in the Season 4 episode of M*A*S*H titled "The More I See You". The part of Nurse Anderson is played in the episode by Mary Jo Catlett.
When Nurse Anderson gets temporarily transferred to the 4077th with Nurse Caryle Breslin, who's an old girlfriend of Hawkeye's, they are both later greeted by Hawkeye and B.J., who stops by their VIP vistors tent bearing gifts as a way to say welcome. Carlye (Blythe Danner) is just as stunned to see Hawkeye, but they both pretend they've never met. But little things slip through--Carlye already knows where Hawkeye's nickname comes from, and even finishes a joke Hawkeye tells, as if she's heard it before, as the surgeons invite them to drinks after dinner.
After Hawkeye and BJ leave, A beaming Nurse Anderson, seeming smitten with one (or both) of the handsome surgeons who just departed their quarters, beams "I love him!" When Caryle asks Becky "Which one?", Becky, with a wide-eyed beaming smile responds "I don't care!"
