Teri Garr (born December 11, 1944) appeared as Lieutenant Suzanne Marquette in the episode of M*A*S*H titled "The Sniper"; archived footage of her character's scene with Hawkeye in "The Sniper" was also shown in the episode "Our Finest Hour" in Season 7.

Teri was a regular performer on Sonny and Cher TV series and played recurring characters on the NBC-TV series McCloud, CBS's The Bob Newhart Show and NBC-TV's Friends. She also appeared on an episode of Star Trek, the original series.

Her many film appearances include The T.A.M.I. Show, Kissin' Cousins, What a Way to Go! and Pajama Party (1964), the Elvis Presley films Viva Las Vegas and Roustabout (1964) and Clambake (1967), Head (1968), The Conversation and Young Frankenstein (1974), Won Ton Ton: the Dog Who Saved Hollywood (1976), Oh God! starring George Burns and Close Encounters of the Third Kind with Richard Dreyfuss (1977), Mr. Mike's Mondo Video and The Black Stallion with Mickey Rooney (1979), Tootsie with Dustin Hoffman (1982), also for which she received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress, The Sting II and Mr. Mom with Michael Keaton (1983), The Player and Mom and Dad Save the World (1992), Dumb & Dumber and Ready to Wear (1994, with Julia Roberts and Sophia Loren), Perfect Alibi (1995), Michael with John Travolta (1996), A Simple Wish (1997), Dick (1999) and Ghost World (2001).
