Lt. Louise Anderson is a nurse who appears in the Season 1 episode of the CBS-TV series M*A*S*H titled "Love Story". The part of Nurse Louise is played by actress Kelly Jean Peters.

Hawkeye and Trapper try to cheer Radar up after his girlfriend back home in Ottumwa, Iowa dumps him for his buddy Elroy Fimple, and even try to get one of the 4077's nurses to go out with him, but with no luck. He only perks up when Lt. Anderson arrives at the 4077th. When Radar lays eyes on the redhead, it's love at first sight!
Hawkeye introduces himself to Nurse Louise, tying to find out more about her. It turns out that the extremely well-read Louise is quite an intellectual, and sophisticated, arriving to the unit with her classical records and copies of Plato's Republic and The Fall of The Roman Empire. Hawkeye realizes Radar has his work cut out for him.
In preparation for Radar's date with Louise, Hawkeye and Trapper teach Radar some quick, easily remembered phrases that sound smart but mean nothing out of context, like "That's highly significant", "Ah...Bach!", and "I consider that Horse and Buggy Thinking."
Radar is able to fake it enough to (temporarily) fool Lt. Anderson, and a tiny little romance begins to blossom.
